[00:01:30] I'm glad I can spill to my Reddit community because I can't gossip about it to my family.

[00:01:36] So about six months ago the bride planned a destination bachelorette trip and charged

[00:01:41] each of the 11 girls $650 for the Airbnb.

[00:01:46] I was salty about the high cost but it's my sister-in-law so I sucked it up and paid her.

[00:01:51] I was suspicious about the high as fuck price so I did cross check the Airbnb listing and

[00:01:57] checked it out.

[00:01:58] Yes, this bee wanted a $2,300 a night beachfront house.

[00:02:04] Well today I'm chatting about wedding stuff with my brother who is marrying future sister-in-law

[00:02:09] and he said something along the lines of what a relief her dad paid for the Airbnb because

[00:02:15] that would have been so expensive for your group.

[00:02:17] I about choked.

[00:02:19] I said hey are you sure about that because all 11 girls paid $650 for the house alone?

[00:02:26] Maybe run it by her.

[00:02:27] His face turned purple so I take it he had no idea.

[00:02:31] To add to the greed going on here, when I got married I flew her out, paid for her accommodations,

[00:02:37] paid hair and makeup, paid for her bridesmaid's dress and paid transportation because she

[00:02:42] was going through a hard time.

[00:02:44] Now she has the balls to steal from me.

[00:02:46] I get that weddings are expensive but don't have one if it requires stealing from your

[00:02:51] bridesmaid.

[00:02:52] I'm assuming I'm the only bridesmaid who is aware of what's going on here.

[00:02:55] Not sure if I should spill to the group or just let it go.

[00:02:59] There's a chance her dad stepped in and paid for it after the fact and she chose not to

[00:03:03] refund us.

[00:03:04] I'm not clear on the exact situation and want to avoid embarrassing my brother.

[00:03:09] Her OP came in with a first update which says thanks for all the advice and support.

[00:03:14] Yes I agree with most of you who are saying I'm morally obligated to spill the beans because

[00:03:19] $650 is not child's play.

[00:03:23] This is what I'm going to do.

[00:03:26] First I'm going to talk to my brother and give him a chance to clear it up with sister

[00:03:29] Before I make a scene, I want to understand what's really going on.

[00:03:33] For example, did daddy pay for the trip but sister in law decided to put that towards

[00:04:10] This was after he found out the cost and was pissed that she chose a $2,300 a night house

[00:04:18] Apparently he threatened not to pay for the wedding if she added any more expenses onto

[00:04:22] the wedding party.

[00:04:24] Turns out she originally wanted it at the Maldives and he forbid her.

[00:04:28] According to my mom who chatted with him directly, he felt embarrassed when he heard about the

[00:04:32] Airbnb price and wanted to save face with my side of the family.

[00:04:36] So he gave sister in law about $7k to cover the cost of the house.

[00:04:41] She was supposed to refund us but obviously that never happened.

[00:04:44] This is where it gets good.

[00:04:46] So my mom went total FBI and learned that in addition to not paying us, sister in law

[00:04:51] didn't put money towards a different wedding expense either.

[00:04:54] She doesn't have it.

[00:04:56] So where did it go?

[00:04:57] What did she spend it on?

[00:04:59] There is currently a full blown investigation going down between our two families right now.

[00:05:04] I've been asked by my mom not to alert the bridesmaids just yet until we get the last

[00:05:09] bits of info and come to a resolution with both sister in law and her dad but we will

[00:05:15] tell them ASAP one way or another.

[00:05:24] The plot thickens.

[00:05:26] So as this drama is all unfolding, the maid of honor who doesn't know what's going

[00:05:30] on yet is continuing her duties.

[00:05:33] We all get a 4 paragraph text from her outlining the dress code for each night of the bachelorette

[00:05:38] per the brides orders.

[00:05:40] Keep in mind the bride is asking us all to go out and buy new outfits for each night of

[00:05:44] the trip and the themes are wild.

[00:05:48] Animal print Thursday, faux fur Friday, sparkle dress Saturday and Barbie brunch Sunday.

[00:05:54] As if we're all going to go out and buy that shit one week before the trip or at all.

[00:06:00] Thankfully the bridesmaids seem to be waking up to the BS.

[00:06:03] Several of them wrote back saying they won't be able to pull together those outfits in

[00:06:06] time and one flat out said it's just not going to happen.

[00:06:10] But that's just a side story to the absolute shit show that is unfolding.

[00:06:15] My mom is very involved now as she's paid a decent chunk of this wedding as well and

[00:06:19] does not like that the bride is throwing around thousands of dollars from her dad as well

[00:06:24] as lying to the bridal party.

[00:06:26] She set up a meeting directly with sister in law to cut the BS and explain what's going

[00:06:31] on.

[00:06:32] She told sister in law she's going to inform the bridesmaids herself unless she gets a

[00:06:36] valid answer.

[00:06:37] At this point I'm just shoveling down popcorn waiting for the events to unfold.

[00:07:02] Turns out her dad banned her from adding any more extras to the wedding design because

[00:07:06] it was already so expensive and unnecessary.

[00:07:09] When he Venmo'd her for the Airbnb she thought she was being sneaky and kept it instead.

[00:07:15] She didn't even tell my brother this, he only found out that her dad decided to cover

[00:07:19] the Airbnb because those two went out for cigars one night and it came up.

[00:07:23] So that mystery is solved thanks to my mini FBI crew.

[00:07:27] But now the real questions remain.

[00:07:29] Where the fuck is my $650 and how to break the news to the bridesmaids?

[00:07:35] Out of the kindness of a soul, my mom is giving sister in law 24 hours to confess to the bridesmaid

[00:07:40] and figure out how to pay us back our money.

[00:08:14] Okay as promised, here is the latest tea served boiling hot.

[00:08:21] This is a long update and I'm going to try and get everything in.

[00:08:23] First, let's start with a bride's explanation to her family.

[00:08:28] Myself, my mom, my brother, her fiance and her dad.

[00:08:32] She broke down crying saying that wedding planning has been getting to her head.

[00:08:36] And she has been crushed under the pressure to have the perfect wedding.

[00:08:40] Which she felt couldn't go on without the alleged ice swan.

[00:08:44] I didn't buy her sob story.

[00:08:46] After this whole incident, I think she is delusional, controlling, attention starving

[00:08:50] bridezilla who is using the wedding as a way to compete with other girls on Instagram.

[00:08:55] By the way, her job is influencer if I didn't mention that yet.

[00:09:01] My brother took the bait and to be honest, I don't even blame him.

[00:09:04] This is his future wife and he said he wants to help her with her mental health and get

[00:09:08] her back to a good place.

[00:09:10] He's disturbed by the situation but will continue to support her.

[00:09:14] The wedding is on for those who are curious.

[00:09:18] Next let's get to the matter of the missing 7k and whether we're getting our money back.

[00:09:23] The sad gut wrenching answer, probably not.

[00:09:26] Her dad said he already paid the Airbnb cost once and he will not do it again.

[00:09:32] He said his daughter is 31 and needs to get herself out of her own mess and figure out

[00:09:36] how to make it right.

[00:09:38] She chimed in that the 7k is gone and asked how she would possibly pay us back.

[00:09:43] My brother refused to pay for a screw up.

[00:09:46] While I love that everyone is finally forcing this bee to be an adult, I would like my money

[00:09:50] back more.

[00:09:52] Unfortunately we're not going to get it unless she magically wins the lottery or gets a real

[00:09:56] job.

[00:09:57] For those that asked, there is nothing we can do legally.

[00:10:00] We all willingly paid a fixed amount and we would have to move mountains and spend more

[00:10:06] Plus while she was incredibly shady and a terrible friend, she technically didn't do

[00:10:14] Now onto the bridesmaids.

[00:10:16] After some threats from my mom, sister in law finally broke down and contacted the bridesmaids

[00:10:21] in our group chat.

[00:10:22] She sent a text that made my skin crawl.

[00:10:25] Hey ladies, you're my bride squad so I feel compelled to share that my dad recently offered

[00:10:30] to pay for our bachelorettes accommodations.

[00:10:33] However being that the wedding is so expensive, I've decided to put his donation towards

[00:10:37] a wedding expense.

[00:10:38] Hope you all understand and I can't wait to party with you all next week.

[00:11:17] They decided to go through with the bachelorette or else it would be a literal waste of $650.

[00:11:24] As for myself, I'm in the same boat.

[00:11:26] I would rather run myself over than go on this trip but $650 is not a small amount and

[00:11:32] I can't fathom just throwing it down the drain.

[00:14:35] Let me start with this, there is no ice swan.

[00:14:38] There never was an ice swan.

[00:14:40] It was all an elaborate fabrication designed to distract everyone from where the missing

[00:14:45] 7k actually went.

[00:14:47] Rest in peace ice swan.

[00:14:49] Turns out there was a reason behind sister-in-laws luxury bachelorette location.

[00:14:54] Here's what happened.

[00:14:56] All the bridesmaids show up to the beachfront mansion with our significant others.

[00:15:00] Sister-in-law had already been made aware that it was no longer a bachelorette but to

[00:15:04] our complete shock she was still stunned that we actually meant it.

[00:15:08] She arrived last in her pre-booked limo absolutely fuming that no one else showed up to the limo

[00:15:14] meeting spot at the airport.

[00:15:16] She was the only one sticking to the original itinerary.

[00:15:19] Then she was flabbergasted that the husbands and SOs were with us.

[00:15:23] It was a comedy show at best.

[00:15:26] Anyway, we went about our individual mini vacations and eventually someone realized

[00:15:31] it had been about 48 hours since anyone had seen sister-in-law.

[00:15:34] I assume she was mad and either flew home or went to stay somewhere else.

[00:15:38] Then the unthinkable unfolds.

[00:15:41] Sister-in-law rolls up the driveway in a wheelchair being pushed by two female nurses.

[00:15:46] The entire group jumped into action thinking something horrible happened.

[00:15:50] Everyone ran over to see what was going on but the nurses ushered us away and wheeled

[00:15:54] sister-in-law into her room.

[00:15:57] At this point I'm actually very concerned.

[00:15:59] We're all banging on the door asking if she's okay.

[00:16:02] The nurses eventually leave and say they legally can't reveal the nature of her health

[00:16:06] issue but assure us she's fine.

[00:16:09] I call my brother and mum but get no answer.

[00:16:11] So, I finally decide to call her mum aka the mother of the bride who was furious that we

[00:16:17] took over the bachelorette party.

[00:16:19] Mother of the bride reveals what actually took place.

[00:16:22] She isn't sick, she didn't have a health issue, there was no accident, she got her boobs done.

[00:16:28] Yes folks, you read that correctly.

[00:16:31] She had planned as part of the original itinerary to disappear for an afternoon and return with

[00:16:35] a new set of melons.

[00:16:37] I'm sorry what?

[00:16:39] The location of the beachfront mansion is conveniently 5 minutes away from a very famous

[00:16:44] cosmetic surgeon's office.

[00:16:46] The reason she needed this giant ass property was not really to host 11 girls.

[00:16:51] It was to host 11 girls plus the surgery recovery nurses and personal chefs she had reserved

[00:16:56] for after the operation.

[00:16:58] There is so much more we need to unpack, I honestly don't know where to begin.

[00:17:03] What was her mother's knowledge and involvement in all this?

[00:17:06] What was the cost of the procedure?

[00:17:08] Guessing around 7k.

[00:17:10] And why was it meant to be a part of the bachelorette?

[00:19:26] When I last updated you, sister-in-law had pulled up to the bachelorette with a set of

[00:19:30] new melons and shocked us all.

[00:19:32] We were left wondering what the fuck and I told you I needed to stop the updates to protect

[00:19:36] my brother's privacy.

[00:19:37] Well that's all changed now and I've been given permission by my brother to spill the

[00:19:42] fucking tea.

[00:19:43] My brother was aware that sister-in-law had planned on getting breast augmentation at

[00:19:47] some point this year.

[00:19:48] He actually knew it would be during the bachelorette trip.

[00:19:52] Despite thinking it was very weird, he really wanted to support her so he kept her surprise

[00:19:57] a secret.

[00:19:58] What he did not know was that she may have used the bridesmaids money or even the dads

[00:20:02] to finance it.

[00:20:03] But it turns out that she did not in fact use our money or a dad's money to pay for

[00:20:08] the new titties.

[00:20:09] That's because her procedure was on the house.

[00:20:14] Because she has been having an affair with a surgeon for over a year.

[00:20:20] Yes, yes you read that correctly.

[00:20:22] She's been diddling her married plastic surgeon for more than 14 months.

[00:20:26] He's a very well known plastic surgeon and his legal team has been on me like white on

[00:20:31] rice.

[00:20:32] There are limits to what I can disclose.

[00:20:34] At this current moment I have been advised not to disclose the state he practices in,

[00:20:38] his name or any personally identifying details.

[00:20:44] He wanted to fly her out for a complimentary titty upgrade.

[00:20:47] We found out because his wife found a sad little influencer Instagram page, tracked

[00:20:51] her down and showed up to the family home.

[00:20:54] Which would be her father's house because she still lives there.
